"New working together 2020 creates the "4th Criteria"

The newly published Working Together to Keep children safe 2020, has followed Keeping Children Safe in Education 2020 and now includes the criteria 

"behaved or may have behaved in a way that indicates they may not be suitable to
work with children"

This allows for LADOs to oversee concerns regarding conduct and behaviour outside of their employment and not exclusively related to a child, and what is often referred to "transferable risk"
